Welcome to Antioch High School, home of the Bears! On behalf of the administration, faculty, and staff, we are happy that you have joined a school community that is committed to excellence! Antioch High school is aligned to the districts vision of ensuring that we provide every student with the foundation of knowledge, skills and character necessary to excel in higher education, work and life. ***Antioch High School News***

 Antioch High School Business Partner Deloitte wins Mary Catherine Strobel Corporate Service Project Award

Deloitte was honored with the prestigious Mary Catherine Strobel Award for their work with Antioch High School and other local high schools.  The Deloitte team organizes “Financial Aid Nights”, hosts job shadow students at its office; offers opportunities for students to visit local colleges; and organizes the FAFSA Drive during which FAFSA volunteers provide individual assistance in completing each student’s application.

Common Core Standard #5  -- Reading Informational Text

Science/Technical:
I can analyze the structure of the relationships among concepts in a text, including relationships among key terms (e.g., force, friction, reaction force, energy.)
History/Social Studies: I can analyze how a text uses structure to emphasize key points or advance an explanation or analysis.
English: I can analyze in detail how an author's ideas or claims are developed and refined by particular sentences, paragraphs, or larger portions of a text (e.g. a section or chapter.)
