What Makes Our School Unique?

Una
Elementary School has emerged from the humble beginnings of a one room schoolhouse to become the largest elementary school in Nashville. It has earned the distinction of being known as the “Caring Community of Learners.” Teachers, staff members, administrators, and parents are committed to working together to provide the best education possible for each student. Students representing 12 cultural backgrounds are learning skills that are preparing them to be productive members of society.

Community Partners

Community volunteers are a valuable resource to the school and significantly contribute to the enhancement of the curriculum. An active PTO keeps the volunteer program running effectively on a daily basis.

The Donelson/Hermitage YMCA operates a program before and after school hours and full days during the summer months. Fun Company - 889-2632
