Course Description:  This one semester course provides 11th and 12th grade students with an understanding of the legal framework in which an American business functions.  The students will evaluate the influence a free enterprise system in a democratic society has on one's daily decisions.  Students will analyze the alliance between captialism and democracy.

Instructional Materials:  Law for Business and Personal Use Textbook, Study Guide, and Interactive Tutor software program

Field Trips:  Are followed up with additional research, and a multimedia presentation.  This is a cooperative activity.
