The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools announces a vacancy in the following position:

CLASSROOM ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (COMP) FACILITATOR K-12

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree: any endorsement. COMP training required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential function of the COMP facilitator is to design and develop strategies for, and approaches to school based professional development experiences related to classroom organization and management to enhance teacher content knowledge, pedagogical skills and build capacity of teachers to increase student achievement. This individual will be responsible for determining models of delivery to most effectively support instructional needs. Successful candidates will have an understanding of the K-12 school environment and a strong commitment to educational improvement.

This position is eligible for Career Ladder.
