EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
High School Diploma or GED. Two (2) years of customer service related experience. Working knowledge of MNPS departments and operations highly desirable. Proficient keyboarding skills at least 35 wpm.
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner; skilled in oral and written communications; demonstrated ability to handle complaints, unpleasant customers, and remain calm in emergency and crisis situations. Available and willing to work a flexible work schedule between the hours of 6:00a.m. and 6:00p.m.
