Our theme for the year will be

“Mental Toughness”

Expectations:

If you want to play you must practice and attend all camps. I need to know your vacation week so that there will be no conflict about your position. Your job is second to volleyball. I need dedicated players who love the game.

We have students that are still in the mist of another sport that will be your only excuse during the tryout period. Otherwise, if you cannot make it, do not worry about it at all.

Physicals:

They are due on May 11 no exceptions. We have a lot of talent here at Antioch so know and understand that you are not the only one. Your physical must be dated after May 1, 2008 to be good for the new school year.

I am looking forward to a wonderful year. We had some bumps and bruises last year and we will bandage them with the New Season.
