The mission of the ELL Department at Antioch High School is to help students whose first language is not English move through the stages of developing English fluency (speaking, reading, and writing English), and into regular English classes in a reasonable time frame. Our goal and mission, aligned with state and ELL standards, is to assure a smooth transition from ELL classes to regular English classes.
