Mr. Rigsby is originally from Jackson, MS and he graduated from Tennessee State University with a bachelors and masters degree in biology. He has been teaching in Metro Nashville Public Schools for fourteen years with the last twelve at Antioch High School.

Mr. Rigsby is presently working on his educational specialist degree at Tennessee State University with an emphasis in Administration and Supervision.
