As a child in Arkansas, Ken Stonecipher began playing piano at the age of three. By the time he graduated from high school he had been playing professionally for four years and was writing and composing music. When Ken graduated from college in 1977, he left Arkansas for Dallas where he began playing in supper clubs and piano bars. He traveled the U.S. and Mexico and Canada for six years headlining in Denver, Gulfport, Los Angeles, Miami, Puerto Vallarta and Toronto.

In 1990 he created CORPORATE SAVVY, an enterprise which transforms corporate policy manuals into mini-musicals for entertainment/educational purposes. Since 1990, he has worked with Baylor Medical Center, Dallas, Professional Food Management, Palm Beach, Format Learning Styles, Paterson, New Jersey, Sam's Wholesale Club, Springdale, Arkansas, International Steak Cook-Off, Magnolia, Arkansas, Cutter INC., Los Angeles, and Sur-Reality of San Diego.

Ken Stonecipher began teaching Honors and Standard English III at Antioch High in 1995. In 2005 he became head of the Department of Theatre and Dramatic Arts teaching Acting as well as three English classes.

Ken possesses a B.S. E. from Southern Arkansas University with a major in Theatre and minor in English and an emphasis in composition. He graduated from The University of Arkansas in 1992 with a double master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Educational Counseling.

In 2005, Ken wrote a mini musical about teachers, a short 8-song one-man show. During the next 3 years he toured more than 40 cities across the U.S. performing THE TEACHER for state educational conferences and school in-service programs. For the past 18 months, THE TEACHER has become a full-length stage musical with a cast of 30 and will premier in the fall of 2006 in Nashville.
