This course provides job-readiness instruction, opportunities for leadership development, interventions to aid in school completion, and post-graduation assistance to over 1000 Middle Tennessee youth. JTG focuses on career exploration, job attainment, job survival, leadership and self-development skills. Assistance with job placement upon graduation and a nine-month follow-up is a vital part of the program.
